Whole lotta Love leads Polk JVs to soccer win over Mitchell

Perhaps Love wasn’t all Polk County’s junior varsity girls soccer team needed Wednesday. But it certainly didn’t hurt.

Baylee Love scored four goals to lead the Wolverines to a 4-0 win over Mitchell in a matchup of Western Highlands Conference teams at Wolverine Stadium.

Love scored a pair of unassisted goals, the others coming on assists by Cameron Capozzi and Lauren Ketwitz.

Polk County, now 3-0 on the season, is slated to next be in action on Tuesday at A.C. Reynolds.
