Madison cut the deficit to 2-1 in the 13th minute, but Polk County responded three minutes later when Kenley Savaia scored on an assist from Gabby Savaia. Kenley Savaia raced past the defense to possess a long through pass and dribbled deep into the box before slipping a shot past the goalkeeper.
