Polk JV soccer falls to North Henderson in opener

North Henderson spoiled Polk County’s season opener on Monday, taking a 5-1 win over the Wolverines in junior varsity boys soccer action in Hendersonville.

Luis Hernandez scored the lone goal for Polk County.

The Wolverines are back in action on Wednesday, traveling to Smoky Mountain for a non-conference match.
