
Conference-leading Bearcats blank Wolverines
Harrison Moss and Keith Bargar each scored two goals Monday to lead Hendersonville to a 7-0 victory over Polk County in a Mountain Foothills 7 Conference boys soccer match at Dietz Field.
The Bearcats (13-1-1, 7-0) grabbed a 2-0 halftime lead, then scored five goals in the final 40 minutes to claim the victory.
Polk County (2-9-1, 2-5) returns home Tuesday to face Patton in another conference match. That contest is set to start at 6 p.m. in G.M. Tennant Stadium and will also be shown live on NFHS Network.
