Polk County shuffles basketball schedule for rest of week

With possible inclement weather in the forecast for higher elevations on Friday night, Polk County has modified its basketball schedule for the remainder of the week.

Friday’s key Western Highlands Conference games with Mountain Heritage have been moved from Friday to Thursday. Junior varsity play will begin at 4 p.m. at Polk County, with varsity games beginning around 6:30 p.m.

Wednesday’s non-conference games with West Henderson have been rescheduled until Friday. Junior varsity play will begin at 4 p.m. at Polk County, with varsity games beginning around 6:30 p.m.
