Polk County’s basketball teams will try once more this weekend to finish their regular seasons, hitting the road for a pair of Western Highlands Conference games.
The Wolverines will travel to Hendersonville on Friday for varsity-only games, with girls play beginning at 5 p.m.
Polk County is then slated to travel to Owen on Saturday afternoon, with those games also varsity-only and beginning at 2 p.m. at Owen Middle School. Owen High’s gym is scheduled to be in use for the 2A Western Regional wrestling tournament.
