Polk’s Moore earns spot at adidas Track Nationals

Polk County rising junior Jesse Moore has qualified for the adidas Track Nationals, earning his spot by competing at the 3A state championship meet.

Moore will compete in the National Elite division at the event, scheduled for June 20 starting at 8 a.m. at Marcus T. Johnson Track Complex (Truist Stadium) at North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro.

The adidas Track Nationals runs June 18-21 and features high school, middle school, club and unattached athletes from across the country.

Moore had a season-best triple jump of 41-6. He finished 14th at the 3A state championship meet earlier this month.
