Polk Middle's Kaiah Miller pushed upfield during the second half of Monday's match

Polk County Middle tuned up Monday for a tough final stretch of the regular season.

The Wolverines rolled to a 3-0 win over Apple Valley in a Blue Ridge Conference East Division match at Utz Field, upping their record to 10-1 on the season.

Polk Middle will return to Utz Field on Tuesday, hosting Canton Middle at 4:30 p.m. The Bears currently lead the BRC West Division.

Polk travels to Flat Rock Middle on Monday before closing the season on Tuesday with a showdown at Brevard Middle that could decide the East Division title.

Reeve Carroll scored all three goals in Monday’s win, striking first off a pass from Arie Parmalee, then tallying off a corner kick. Carroll’s final goal followed a pass from Ryleigh Dill.
