Final Polk County preseason scrimmage moved to West Henderson

The R-S Central at Polk County football scrimmage scheduled for Friday at 6 p.m. has been moved to West Henderson High School due to field conditions and ongoing paving work at Polk County High School.

Polk and R-S Central will be the only two teams participating.

The scrimmage serves as Polk County’s final preseason tune-up before the Wolverines open their regular season Aug. 22 at home against Chase. Regular season ticket prices at Polk County will be $8 for adults and $2 for students.
