Polk County opened its 2016 boys tennis season on the road Monday, dropping a 7-2 decision at West Henderson.

The Wolverines earned wins at No. 6 singles, where Malik Miller outlasted Ashton Tau 12-10 in the deciding third set, and at No. 3 doubles, where Miller teamed with Rustin Muse for an 8-3 win.

Polk County is back in action on Tuesday, hosting Crest at 4 p.m.
