Polk County picked up a win over East Rutherford while dropping matches to a pair of conference foes during a quad match Tuesday at Patton.
The Wolverines handed the Cavaliers a 54-24 setback, but lost 66-18 to R-S Central and 51-30 to Hendersonville.
Polk’s Jaydyn Virgil had two on-match victories during the meet, pinning East Rutherford’s Donovan Moore and Hendersonville’s Marvin Santiago in the 170-pound division. John Wright picked up two wins during the quad meet, including a pin of R-S Central’s Randall Dunn at 182 pounds, while Deaken Nodine also went 2-1 with an on-match victory.

Banks Barber, Collier Foster, Dakota Ridings and Shatter Johnson each had two wins by forfeit.
Polk County is scheduled to conclude its regular season on Thursday, traveling to Cherryville for a tri-meet.
