The Western Highlands Conference wrestling tournament will be held Friday starting at 5 p.m. at Polk County High School.

Action featuring wrestlers from the conference’s seven schools will continue throughout the evening, with the tourney expected to end sometime after 10 p.m.

Polk County head coach Phillip Miller said earlier this week that 145-pounder Dustin Calvert will likely miss the tourney due to injury, but the Wolverines have a handful of wrestlers expected to be in the mix for conference titles, led by 138-pounder Chase Emory and 152-pounder Anthony Marino.
