Polk County enjoyed a double dip of defeating South Carolina wrestling teams on Tuesday.
The Wolverines traveled to Landrum and handily defeated both the host Cardinals and Southside in a non-conference tri-match, improving their dual meet record to 7-0 for the season.
Polk notched a 62-18 win over Southside to open the evening, then returned to the mat and handed Landrm a 62-18 decision. The Wolverines lost just six individual matches during the evening, with four of those by forfet.

Efrain Rivera, Brody Wolfe, Amon Villarreal, Jaxtyn Virgil, Connor Ahlert, Jacob Ed, Styler Blackwell and Zalen McCraw each won both of their matches during the evening.
Polk County is next scheduled to be in action on Saturday, venturing back into South Carolina to take part in the Ugly Sweater Duals at Travelers Rest High School.
