Polk Middle wrestlers tumble at Flat Rock

Flat Rock Middle notched an 84-24 win Thursday over Polk County Middle in a Blue Ridge Conference wrestling match in Flat Rock.

The Eagles (8-2, 6-2) snapped a 12-12 tie with six straight wins in the upper and lower weights and went on to record the win.

Polk County Middle (5-5, 3-5) received wins from Kole Powell, Luke Miller, Topher Pearson and Jacob Ed.

The Wolverines are set to host their final home match of the season on Wednesday as Brevard Middle visits for a 4:30 p.m. clash.
