Polk Middle wrestlers rebound with victory at Brevard Middle

Polk County Middle’s wrestling team rebounded from its first loss with a 64-42 victory Thursday at Brevard Middle.

The Wolverines (3-1), who fell to Flat Rock on Monday, won eight of the nine lowest weight classes to take command of the match.

Jacob Ed added a major decision at 147 and Colt Love won by pin at 184 to help boost the Wolverines to the win.

Polk County Middle is at home Monday for a tri-match, hosting Rugby Middle and Brevard Middle beginning at 4:30 p.m.
