Polk Middle to host Den Duals preseason scrimmage

Polk County Middle’s wrestling program will host Saturday the day-long Wolverine Den Duals at Polk County High School.

Nine area middle school programs are slated to compete in the event, which begins at 9 a.m. There will be matches held on three mats, with new matches starting at the top of each hour until 5 p.m.

Polk Middle’s schedule for the day:

10 a.m.: Polk Middle vs. Cane Creek
Noon: Polk Middle vs. Apple Valley
1 p.m.: Polk Middle vs. Robbinsville
2 p.m.: Polk Midde vs. Smoky Mountain
5 p.m.: Polk Middle vs. Rosman
