Polk County earned a victory in its first road match of the season, going to Rosman and sweeping the Tigers in straight sets Thursday in non-conference volleyball action.
The Wolverines earned a 25-19, 25-9, 25-20 win, improving to 2-0.
Reagan Waddell had 16 kills and 11 digs for Polk County, with Ashley Love adding nine kills, 17 digs and two aces. Addie Lynch finished with five kills and six digs, Kendall Hall had 18 digs and Savannah Ross directed the attack with 38 assists for the Wolverines.

Polk County is back in action on Tuesday, hosting the Asheville Trailblazers. Varsity play is slated to begin at 5:30 p.m.
