Polk County passed another road test Wednesday, returning from Asheville with a 3-0 sweep of T.C. Roberson in a non-conference volleyball battle.
The Wolverines recorded a 25-23, 25-20, 25-16 victory, improving their record to 7-0 for the season. The Rams dropped to 5-6.
Morgan Yoder finished with 14 kills and three aces for Polk County, with Sophia Overholt posting a double-double with 10 kills and 10 digs. Kylie Lewis had six kills, with Mia Bradley recording four kills, nine digs and three aces.

Elena Carroll had 16 digs while Zaelea Eller had 20 assists and four digs. Charley Dusenbury added 12 assists.
Ada Kelley added three kills and five digs for Polk County, which returns home Thursday to host Hendersonville for a Mountain Foothills 7 Conference match. The varsity match is slated to begin at approximately 5:30 p.m. and will also stream live on NFHS Network.
