Wolverine volleyball seniors pay special visit to team fan

1 min read

Members of Polk County’s volleyball team recently took a special trip to visit one of their biggest fans.

The Wolverine seniors traveled to White Oak Manor in Tryon to visit Eddie Taylor, who is recovering from complications from diabetes. Taylor is one of the team’s biggest fans, having watched many of the players since they made their debut as seventh graders at Polk County Middle School.

When head coach Molly Hill and the seniors heard that Taylor might not be able to attend any games, they decided to visit him before their home opener against East Henderson.
