West Henderson held on for a tight second-set win to earn a 2-0 victory Wednesday over Polk County in a non-conference match at Polk.
The Falcons fashioned a 25-19, 26-24 win to drop Polk County to 6-9 on the season. The Wolverines host Mountain Heritage on Thursday at 4:30 p.m. in a Western Highlands Conference match.
Amber Hall had 10 assists and nine digs for the Wolverines, with Ashton Capozzi finishing with 10 digs, Bella Bowser 12 digs and Kate Padgett also adding 12 digs.
