
Polk County scored a straight-set road win Tuesday, sweeping Chase 3-0 in Mountain Foothills 7 Conference volleyball play.
The Wolverines claimed a 25-10, 25-11, 25-9 victory, improving to 11-1 overall, 4-0 in conference matches with their ninth straight win. Chase dropped to 2-7 overal, 0-4 in MF7 action.
Morgan Yoder led Polk with 12 kills, adding three blocks, while Sophia Overholt had seven kills and six digs. Mia Bradley also had seven kills and recorded four digs.
Elena Carroll had six kills while Ada Kelley had five kills and four digs.
Ella Waldman finished with 22 digs and five assists while Amberlyn Scruggs had 14 assists, six aces and nine digs.
Zaelea Eller added 12 assists for Polk County, which is back in action on Thursday, hosting East Rutherford.
