Polk County Middle School will hold volleyball tryouts for the fall season on August 8-10 in the school gym.
Players are expected to attend all tryout dates and are asked to bring sneakers, knee pads, appropriate attire and a water bottle.
All potential players must have a physical and completed concussion form on file at the school before being allowed to participate. Anyone needing to verify what forms are already on file can contact John Ruth at [email protected].

The schedule of tryouts is as follows:
August 8
6th graders, 7th graders (Last name A-H), tryouts 10-11:30 a.m.
7th graders (Last name I-Z), 8th graders, tryouts noon-1:30 p.m.
August 9
All grades from 10-11:30 a.m., first cut posted by 1 p.m.
August 10
All grades from 10-11:30 a.m., final cut posted by 1 p.m.
