Polk County Middle bounced back from a Tuesday loss with a 2-0 victory Wednesday over Hendersonville Middle in Blue Ridge Conference volleyball action at Polk.

The Wolverines earned a 25-20, 25-13 win to improve to 2-1 on the season.

“This was a good bounce back win for the team after yesterday,” said Polk Middle head coach Kenny Hall. “I was pleased with how the girls were able to quickly adjust to a new lineup and fix a few of the issues from the day before.

“We still have a lot of work to do, though.”

Polk Middle returns to action on Monday, traveling to Flat Rock for a 4:30 p.m. match.
