Polk Middle loss at Brevard sets up winner-take-all division clash with Rugby

Brevard Middle handed Polk Middle a Blue Ridge Conference volleyball loss Wednesday, defeating the Wolverines 2-0 in Brevard.

The Blue Devils claimed a 25-23, 25-13 victory in the matchup of BRC East Division teams.

With the loss, Polk County falls to 9-2 overall, 7-2 in East Division play. The Wolverines are now tied with Rugby for the East Division lead.

Polk Middle and Rugby Middle will meet in the final regular-season match for both teams on Monday at Polk, with the winner claiming the East Division regular-season title.
