Carolina Castillo had 10 kills and Sydney Metcalf added six kills to lead Polk County’s junior varsity to a 2-0 win Thursday over Owen in a Western Highlands Conference match at Polk.
The Wolverines improved to 9-3, 4-0 with their seventh straight win, a 25-14, 25-12 triumph.
Castillo added nine digs and Metcalf had seven digs and two aces. Alex Romano added three aces, Karla Olguin had nine digs and Sydney Waldman finished with 16 assists, seven digs and five aces for the Wolverines.
