Polk JVs shut down Mountain Heritage in season finale

Polk County’s junior varsity closed its season Thursday with a 2-0 victory over Mountain Heritage in a Western Highlands Conference match at Polk.

The Wolverines closed their season at 14-9, 8-2 with the 26-24, 25-17 win.

Elysia Smith had four kills and eight digs for Polk, with Amberlyn Scruggs posting two kills, six assists and six digs. Cameron Ward had two kills and two digs.

Ella Waldman recorded 16 digs, seven assists and two kills, with Stella Tallon finishing with six digs and Annslee Kilgore recording four.
