Polk County delivered a straight-set win Monday over Asheville Christian Academy, earning the 2-0 win in a home non-conference junior varsity match.

The Wolverines took a 26-24, 25-20 win, upping their record to 12-7.

Mahley Wilson posted seven kills and six digs, with Beija Olivari notching four kills and six digs.

Aslyn Scruggs finished with 10 assists and six digs, with Junie Mitchell recording nine digs.

Ava Evans added four digs for Polk County, which will return to Mountain Foothills 7 Conference play on Thursday, traveling to Chase. That 4:30 p.m. match is slated to be shown live on NFHS Network.
