Polk JVs bounce East Henderson in two sets

Polk County’s junior varsity romped to a 2-0 sweep Monday of East Henderson in a non-conference matchup at Polk.

The Wolverines rolled to a 25-9, 25-21 victory to improve to 5-3 on the season.

Sidney Carroll had nine assists, seven aces, two kills and three digs for Polk County, with Elena Carroll adding nine digs and three kills.

Kylie Lewis had four kills and three aces, with Hayden Blackwell notching four assists, four digs and two kills.

Lexi Beiler had three kills and a pair of blocks for Polk County, which travels Tuesday to Brevard for a Mountain Foothills 7 Conference match.
