Polk County upped its winning streak to 14 matches on Wednesday, rolling to a 3-0 win over R-S Central in a conference clash at Polk.

The Wolverines swept the Hilltoppers 25-17, 25-23, 25-14, upping their record to 16-1 overall, 9-0 in Mountain Foothills 7 Conference matches.

Morgan Yoder and Sophia Overholt each had eight kills for Polk, with Overholt adding 15 digs. Ada Kelley had six kills and 13 digs, with Mia Bradley adding six kills and seven digs.

Elena Carroll notched five kills. Amberlyn Scruggs had 18 assists and five digs while Zaela Eller had 13 assists and three digs.

Ella Waldman finished with 20 digs for Polk.

The Wolverines will step out of conference play on Tuesday to host West Henderson in a matchup of area powers. That match will start around 6:30 p.m. and will be shown live on NFHS Network.
