Kings Mountain’s junior varsity handed Polk County a 2-0 loss Tuesday in non-conference volleyball action in Kings Mountain.
The Mountaineers (4-0) took a 25-14, 25-14 victory as Polk County dropped to 2-2 on the season.
Hayden Blackwell had 10 digs, three kills and three assists for Polk County. Lexi Beiler had two kills and two digs.

Mikala Fisher had six digs, with Akeela Cunningham recording four digs.
Polk County makes its home debut on Wednesday, facing Enka at 5 p.m. That match will also be shown live on NFHS Network.
