Polk clarifies volleyball start times for remainder of season

Polk County has announced updated start times for volleyball matches for the remainder of the season.

The clarifications of times relate to a block of Mountain Foothills 7 Conference schools setting one set of start times for matches while the remaining schools have opted for a different set of times.

Times are as follows:

• Matches at Hendersonville, Brevard and Polk County will start at 4:30 p.m. with junior varsity play, with varsity following at approximately 5:30 p.m.
• Matches at Chase, R-S Central, East Rutherford and Patton will start at 4 p.m. with junior varsity play, with varsity following at approximately 5 p.m.
• The Wolverines’ road game on Wednesday at T.C. Roberson will follow the 4:30 / 5;30 p.m. start times.

Polk County is next in action on Tuesday, traveling to Patton for matches at 4 and 5 p.m and the start of MF7 play.
