Two former Polk County standouts are offering summer athletic opportunities for area youth.
Soccer Camp
Trejo Soccer Academy will hold a summer camp July 13-17. The camp is led by former Polk County standout and boys soccer head coach Josh Trejo.

Trejo played collegiately at Spartanburg Methodist College and Emory & Henry University. His extensive coaching experience includes six seasons at Polk County, where he led the Wolverines to the 2018 West Regional final. He also has played professionally with Boiling Springs United in the United Premier Soccer League.

Baseball Training
Former Polk County baseball standout Danny Fraga is offering baseball and softball training at Peak Performance in Forest City.
Following his Polk County career, Fraga went on to play at Catawba Valley Community College and UNC Pembroke, where he earned All-American honors. He played three years of independent professional baseball with the Florence Freedom (now Florence Y’all’s) of the Frontier League.
Fraga is now Director of Operations at Peak Performance and offers training and classes in agility, hitting and fielding for baseball and softball athletes of all ages.
