Required PCHS athletic registration now open for all athletes

Polk County High School is reminding families that athletic registration is now open and required for all student-athletes before they can participate in tryouts or begin workout sessions.

The registration process, which covers the entire school year, must be completed through an online Google form that contains all necessary documents for students participating in athletic and extracurricular activities. Families are strongly encouraged to register their students now regardless of what sport their child is playing.

All student-athletes must complete the athlete registration before their first workout session. The comprehensive form includes all necessary documents required for participation in Polk County High School’s athletic and extracurricular programs.
