Polk County updates JV football, volleyball schedules

Polk County’s athletic program has made a number of adjustments to upcoming schedules for games affected by COVID-19 protocols.

Polk County’s junior varsity football game with Christ School on Thursday has been canceled. The Wolverines were scheduled to travel to Arden for their second game of the season.

Polk County has rescheduled a pair of conference volleyball games. The Wolverines will travel Sept. 29 to face Patton while hosting Hendersonville on Oct. 4.

The R-S Central at Polk County match postponed earlier this week is still in the process of being rescheduled.
