PCHS to offer athlete physicals on May 25

Polk County High School will offer sports physicals for the 2023-24 school year on May 25 in the school gym.

Physicals will be conducted from 3-5 p.m. in the gym. Cost is $25. Checks should be made payable to Polk County High School.

Any athlete wishing to participate in athletics at PCHS during the 2023-24 school year must have a physical on file before being allowed to practice or compete.

Athletes should have all required forms signed by parents/guardians and bring those to the physicals. Forms are available from coaches or in the PCHS office.
