PCHS Athletic Fundraiser golf tourney set for May 12

The Polk County High School Athletic Department will hold the 16th Annual PCHS Athletic Fundraiser golf tournament on May 12 at Links O’Tryon.

The day’s events include golf, prizes and a lunch. That lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m., followed by tee times beginning at 12:30 p.m. Registration begins at 10:30 a.m.

Entry fee is $100 per player. Format is a four-man captain’s choice.

Tournament officials are also looking for hole sponsors.

Anyone interested in entering the tourney or being a hole sponsor should download one the forms below and return the completed form to Jim Hemphill or the PCHS Athletic Department. Hemphill would like all forms returned by Thursday, May 5.
