Foothills Gymnastics Academy gymnasts attended their first meet of the season on Dec. 12, competing in the Queen of the QC meet at Carolina Flipz in Pineville.

Due to safety regulations relating to the COVID-19 pandemic, the meet was much smaller than those normally attended by FGA. Team coaches commented how impressed they were with how team members responded to the changes and how they conducted themselves at the meet.

FGA gynmasts received three of the top four all-around scores in their categories, with Sherlyn Trejo, Genevieve Ard and ScottLynn Whiteside earning crowns.
