Polk Middle rallies, but falls at R-S Central Middle

R-S Central Middle built a 4-0 halftime lead and held off Polk County Middle 6-3 in Wednesday’s season opener for both teams in Rutherfordton.

The Lady Hilltoppers dominated the first half before Polk County Middle found its footing and played evenly the rest of the match.

Rylie Klimstra scored two goals to lead the Lady Wolverines, while Addy Dedmon added one.
