Abby Amato scored three goals as Polk County Middle School defeated Brevard Middle 7-1 in Blue Ridge Middle School Conference soccer action on Thursday.
The win marked the first of the season for the Wolverines, who dropped a tough 1-0 decision to Macon Middle on Monday.
Polk County returns home on Monday, hosting Rugby Middle School at 4:30 p.m.
