Polk girls drop 1-0 decision at Shelby

Shelby scored the only goal of the match Friday to hand Polk County a 1-0 defeat in non-conference girls soccer play in Shelby.

The Lions improved to 2-2-2 with the win while Polk County dropped to 2-2-1.

The match marked the third time this season that Polk County has been held scoreless.
