Chapman JVs topple Polk County

Chapman took a 4-0 halftime lead Wednesday en route to a 5-1 victory over Polk County in a junior varsity girls soccer match in G.M. Tennant Stadium.

The Panthers improved to 3-4, with the Wolverines now 1-2.

Polk’s Cassidy Ash scored in the 54th minute for the Wolverines’ lone tally.

Polk County is slated to return to action on Tuesday, facing Crest in a 5 p.m. home match.
