Alley’s overtime goal lifts Polk County Middle past Apple Valley

Reese Alley scored in overtime to lead Polk County Middle School to a 3-2 win Wednesday over Apple Valley in Blue Ridge Middle School Conference soccer action at Apple Valley.

Abby Amato and Bailey Love also scored for Polk County Middle.

Head coach George Alley also singled out the defensive play of Katie Hay and the goalkeeping of Rachel Raposa as vital to the win.
