Polk County freshman Kylie Lewis had six points in Friday's loss

Undefeated Rosman unleashed a torrent of 3-pointers Friday en route to a 71-36 victory over Polk County in a non-conference girls basketball battle at Polk.

The Tigers (6-0) hit 10 3-pointers in the game, using that outside shooting and strong defense to build a 34-10 lead by the half.

Rosman hit four treys in the second period and five more in the third quarter to take command of the game.

Olivia Overholt had 19 points for Polk County (3-1), with Tori Thompson and Kylie Lewis each scoring six. Brianna Gray added three points, with Kinsley Huskey scoring two and Kiera Littlejohn adding one.

Polk County is slated to be back in action on Wednesday, hosting Piedmont Community Charter in a 6 p.m. tipoff.
