Polk girls drop non-conference decision at Reynolds

Polk County dropped a tough 60-42 decision Wednesday to A.C. Reynolds in non-conference girls basketball action in Asheville.

The Rockets (8-5) handed Polk County (6-7) its second loss in two nights. The Wolverines are back in action Saturday at Landrum.

Hayley Kropp scored 23 points, grabbed nine rebounds and had five steals to lead Polk. Autumn Owen finished with 14 points, with Ansley Lynch scoring two points, Bella Marino scoring two and adding four steals and Alana Seay finishing with one point.
