Pisgah raced to a 50-29 victory Tuesday over Polk County in a non-conference junior varsity girls matchup at Polk.
The Bears clung to a 7-4 lead at the end of the first quarter, but Lilly Inman’s two 3-pointers helped spark a 17-3 run in the second that gave Pisgah a 24-7 lead at the break.
Amiyah Waters and Honesty Jackson each scored eight points to lead Polk County (0-2), with Sofie Abrahamsen scoring five and Ekziah Staley adding four.

Cate Brown and Beija Olivari each finished with two points for the Wolverines, who will travel Wednesday to face East Henderson.
