Ansley Lynch scored 18 points Thursday to lead Polk County Middle School to a 38-25 win over Apple Valley in Blue Ridge Middle School Conference action at Polk Middle.
Bre Kenan added 14 points as the Wolverines won at home for the first time this season. Polk Middle is now 2-8.
The Wolverines enter their final week of regular-season action next week, traveling to Hendersonville Middle on Wednesday and hosting Flat Rock Middle on Thursday in the regular-season finale.
