Brown’s barrage helps lift Polk Middle to victory at ACA

Polk County Middle rolled Tuesday to a 37-17 victory at Asheville Christian Academy in Blue Ridge Conference girls basketball action.

The Wolverines improved to 2-0 while ACA dropped to 2-1.

Scoring: Cate Brown hit four 3-pointers and scored 15 points to lead Polk. Reeve Carroll and Beija Olivari each added six points, with Raney Tallon scoring four. Polk also got two points each from Jill Brown, Sofie Abrahamsen and Camdyn Israel-Garrett.
