Addie Buss paced Polk County’s girls golf team on Monday as the Wolverines finished third in a Western Highlands Conference match at Mountain Glen Golf Club.
Competing on the par-36 layout, Polk County posted a team score of 171 to place behind Avery (121) and Mitchell (160) and ahead of Hendersonville (175).
Buss carded a 50 to lead the Wolverines. Sofie Abrahamsen added a 60 and Chloe McGill finished with a 61 for Polk County.

Avery swept the top three individual spots, with Sydney Kulhan leading the field with a 38.
Polk County will continue conference play Thursday at Hendersonville Country Club.
