Polk County Middle School continues to dominate opponents. The Wolverines cruised Thursday to a third straight win, routing Brevard Middle 46-12 in Brevard.
As has been the case through the first three games, the Blue Devils failed to score on Polk’s first string defense. Dillion Overholt had two interceptions, including one returned for a touchdown, for Polk (3-0).
Head coach Billy Alm also praised an offense now averaging 44.6 points per game, calling the performance against Brevard “explosive.”
The Wolverines return home Thursday for a 5 p.m. clash with Apple Valley.
