Christ School-Polk County football matchup canceled

Polk County’s varsity football game with Christ School on Friday has been canceled due to COVID-19 protocols in the Wolverine program.

The Wolverines were scheduled to host the Greenies in their final non-conference tuneup before the start of Mountain Foothills 7 Conference play.

Polk County’s junior varsity game at Christ School has also been canceled.

The Wolverines varsity is now slated to return to the field next on Sept. 17 at Patton.
